Each apartment is fully equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, cooking utensils, and place settings for up to 4 people depending on the size of the apartment. All apartments except number 2 have a dish washer.  There is satellite TV and a direct dial telephone in each apartment. 

All apartments are south facing with balcony or terrace and enjoy wonderful alpine views. There is also a garden for guests to enjoy.  Barbecue equipment is available for use by guests, as is a sauna.

Although our apartments are non smoking, you can of course smoke on the terrace or balcony.

All apartments except number 2 can accommodate up to 4 persons.

Prices
Our daily apartment price ranges from €45.00 to €114.00 per day for 2 persons depending on season and apartment size. See relevant apartment link above for details.

Optional extras
Aiprort transfer, rail station transfer, Gasteiner Heilstollen transfer, sauna, bread service, local excursions, wireless internet access, telephone, fax service, and use of house washing machine. 

Final cleaning
The final cleaning charge ranges from €25.00 to €75.00 depending on apartment size and number of persons occupying the apartment.

Kurtax
The Austrian Kurtax for our area in Bad Hofgastein is €2.00 per person per day over 15 years of age. 

Booking deposit
The booking deposit on each apartment is €250.00.

Arrival and departure dates
Our arrival and departure dates are flexible.

Check in: 16.00 to 18.00 or by arrangement. 

Check out: 10.00 or by arrangement.
